They've been advertising for things like this in the Economist for weeks. In fact, the job ads in the Economist are some of the most interesting I've seen. They're not weird. They're just different than what you see in the paper. Everything is Director level and up, frequently with prestegous NGOs or foreign governments.
The CIA ads aren't for something this specialized (they're looking for SF here) but they're definitely hiring.
Think they'd pass you on the second language if you spoke Jive?
